                your personal information, when we may contact you and your choices about the
                personal information you provide to Osokey.

What does the policy cover?
                This policy covers the services that are provided by Osokey's web browser based software.

What does the policy not cover?
                Osokey use third-party company services for our international payment system (for purchase of physical
                copies of data packages). These companies have their own privacy and cookies policies.

How does Osokey protect my personal information?
                Osokey are committed to keeping your personal information safe at all times.
                ALL COLLECTION, STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IS ENCRYPTED AT-REST
                AND ENCRYPTED IN TRANSIT.
                Your personal data is encrypted in an Osokey Amazon Web Services (AWS) account in Ireland (AWS Region eu-west-1).
                If you have any concerns that someone has found out your password, please use the "Forgot your password?" link
                on the Sign In page to reset your password.

What types of personal information does Osokey collect?
                When using the GNPDR public portal, Osokey will log your IP (internet protocol) address
                (at a country level).
                When you register as a user for the GNPDR user portal, your email address will
                be collected, processed and stored.
                If you chose to provide more information in your profile (given name(s), family name, company), this 
                data will also be collected.
                Osokey use third-party company services for our international payment system. If you chose to purchase a 
                physical copy of data packages, your payment card number, given name(s), family name and address 
                will be collected, processed and stored by FreeAgent and Stripe.

How can Osokey use my personal information?
                Your IP address will be used to produce aggregated country level statistics.
                Once registered, your email address will be used to:
                - Verify your email address
                - Send system related messages (e.g. verification code, download code, etc.)
                If you have given consent (via the profile information section), you can be contacted about
                GNPDR updates.
                If you select to purchase a physical copy of data packages, your personal information will
                be used for accepting an international payment and shipping the physical copy of the data to you.

When will Osokey use my personal information to contact me?
                You may be contacted by Osokey via email in the following scenarios:
                - Verify email address
                - Send system related messages (e.g. verification code, download code, system downtime issues, etc.)
                If you have given consent (via the profile information section), you can be contacted about
                GNPDR updates (e.g. GNPDR data updates that may be of interest).

Will I be contacted for marketing purposes?
                Osokey value your privacy, and therefore, we do not use your personal information for marketing purposes
                or share with third parties.
                If you have given consent (via the profile information section), you can be contacted about
                GNPDR updates (e.g. GNPDR data updates that may be of interest).

Can I delete my information?
                If you want to remove your given name, family name and/or company, you can use the user profile window and delete them.
                This will delete the personal information from our database.
                You can delete all your personal information by clicking on "delete account" in the user portal. This will delete
                all your personal data with Osokey (plus FreeAgent and Stripe if applicable).

What are my rights?
                You are in control of your personal information.
                You have the right to:
                - Update the personal information that Osokey hold on you
                - Delete all your personal information from our databases

How does Osokey use cookies and/or similar tracking?

How will I find out about any changes to this policy?
                There may occasionally be changes to this Privacy Policy. You will be informed of any changes on the
                GNPDR user portal.
